Indian Institute of Technology Mandi
The permanent campus of Indian Institute of Technology Mandi was founded in 2009. IIT Mandi conducts various programs including bachelor's degree in Technology. It also offers postgraduate level programs like Master of Science. Further, it offers a Ph.D. program for cutting edge research in basics sciences such as chemical sciences, physical sciences as well as in engineering.
Currently, IIT Mandi offers Bachelor of Technology programs in four disciplines, namely:

- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
